The ingredients are ½ kg oxtail, 6 carrot, 3 potato, 1 celery, 3 clove garlic, 1cm nutmeg, 1tsp black pepper, 1cm cinnamon, 5 clove, 1 tsp sugar, salt, water, and 5 small onion.
Boil the water and put the oxtail inside. Boil it for 1 hour or more until it tender. While waiting, you peel the carrot and cut it to block. You do the same thing to the potato. Set them aside.
